I’m deeply disappointed with the care I received at Complete Health Dentistry.After my tooth broke in November, Dr. Heinz mentioned he had "been watching" the tooth for several cleanings, but no preventive action was taken.When I called to report the broken tooth, it took over a week to be seen. Not once was I asked if I was in pain or given any guidance on how to manage the broken tooth in the meantime.Dr. Heinz then recommended a pulp cap, which I paid for out-of-pocket. When I later needed a root canal, he admitted that he had a "feeling" the pulp cap wouldn’t work from the start. I find it troubling that this concern wasn’t shared with me beforehand.Finally, my crown was completed on December 28 -- and then I received an extra $500+ bill because I had hit my max coverage for the year. No one informed me that if I waited 3 or 4 days, it could make a significant difference in my insurance coverage.I will not be returning to this practice and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Dr. Henize and his team are not only very competent by providing state-of-the- art dental care, they are focused on their patient’s overall care. The atmosphere is welcoming in every way. If you are seeking high quality dentistry, please try this group. You’ll be completely satisfied in ways that others try, but fail to achieve, what this group does every time.
